1. What is Speedeals?

Speedeals.com is an online marketplace featuring businesses offering big discounts on their services. You can search for deals you are interested in by using the blue search bar at the top of each page. You can learn more about Speedeals businesses and their services by viewing their Profile pages. When you find a service you’d like to take advantage of, you can purchase this service for a fraction of the normal retail value.

2. What kinds of businesses offer their services on Speedeals?

The Speedeals marketplace features businesses from a wide variety of service industries, ranging from restaurants to spa treatments to auto service, from gyms to entertainment to car rental. We are always adding new businesses. Chances are we have businesses that are currently offering big discounts on your everyday needs and wants.

3. What are the benefits of registering with Speedeals?
|
|
You do not need to register in order to purchase services on Speedeals. However, when you become a registered Speedeals.com user you will enjoy a number of benefits, including receiving our weekly newsletter whenever deals that you are interested come online. Membership is free.

4. How do I know my credit card information is secure?
|
|
Any credit card information you submit to Speedeals.com is encrypted and completely secure. Currently we use Google Checkout and PayPal to process transactions.

5. How is Speedeals different from gift cards or coupons?
|
|
Gift cards or coupons generally offer smaller discounts, and may not be available from the merchants you do business with. In addition, Speedeals discounts are guaranteed, there is never a “while supplies last” restriction attached to them.

6. Why do I pay the full value of the discounted service in advance?
|
|
Speedeals collects payment on behalf of merchants in advance of your use of the purchased service. All you need to do is bring your voucher to the business to use the service purchased. We do this to assure that your voucher will be honored—businesses are not paid until the service is redeemed.

7. Are there any restrictions for using Speedeals.com Voucher codes?
|

Apart from the validity period, Speedeals discounts come with very few restrictions. However, when purchasing discounts, please be sure to read the business’s special instructions along with our standard terms and conditions. Discounts are only valid if all of these terms are followed.

8. How do I keep track of my Speedeals.com Voucher codes?

Speedeals members can keep track of all of their purchased discounts by visiting their “My Account” page on Speedeals.com.

9. How can I get my favorite business to join Speedeals.com?
|

If you have a favorite business that you can't find on our search engine, tell them about us by directing them to www.Speedeals.com. They can learn more, download a brochure, and sign up. Soon we will offer incentive programs for Speedeals members that refer businesses.

10. Will I be treated differently than other patrons?

You will receive the exact same service as other patrons, at a fraction of the price.

First and foremost: variety. You will find a wide range of discounted services on Speedeals, not limited to restaurants and hotels. We are the one stop shop for your everyday needs.

12. Can I provide feedback about my experiences at participating business?

Absolutely. Coming soon we will make it easy to rate all your visits to participating businesses. Your voucher code will required for each review, assuring the legitimacy of our review process.

13. How can I pay for my order?
|
|
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
|

14. How long does it take to receive my service voucher code?
|
|
You will receive your voucher code immediately upon your payment.

15. How are Speedeals.com voucher codes delivered?
|
|
Your voucher code will be delivered by email and/or text sms, based on your preference. After you complete your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your printable Voucher code. Alternatively, the voucher code can be delivered directly to your cell phone via SMS. You are offered these options at checkout.

Your current voucher codes are also available on the “My Account” page at Speedeals.com. Simply login with your email address and password and you will have access to all of your previous purchases.

16. What if I don't have a printer?
|
|
Save paper. Have your voucher code sent to your mobile phone, or simply take note of given code sent to your email. At the business it is only the actual code, not the physical paper, that is needed to redeem your services.

17. What if I lose my confirmation email or sms message?
|
|
Your voucher code is always available at your account page. You can also contact Speedeals to have the code delivered again.
|

18. What if someone else uses my voucher code?
|
|
Speedeals discounted vouchers are transferable. This means you can share them with family and friends, or offer them as gifts. However, you are responsible for the code, and for its use. Speedeals guarantees the code and the availability of the service, but you are responsible for possession of the code.

19. Why are Speedeals' discounts time sensitive?
|
|
Speedeals allows businesses to set validity periods for their discounts. This enables them to make their discounts valid at times that are best for them if they choose to do so. This encourages businesses to offer outstanding deals.

20. What happens if I don’t use the service within the specified time frame?
|
|
You can apply the money you paid toward any regular priced service at the same business within a week of the expired time frame.
|
|
21. What happens if I attempt to use a Voucher code and the business is closed or does not accept my Voucher code?
|
|
This scenario will be extremely rare, but rest assured you are protected.
In case you cannot use a purchased service, our customer service department will exchange your unused Voucher code for a credit on Speedeals.com. This will allow you to choose another restaurant or merchant voucher code from Speedeals.com.

22. Can I change and cancel a paid voucher?
|
|
No, all sales are final. But you can transfer the voucher code to your family and friends. And if you miss the validity period, you can use the value of your purchased service toward a regularly-priced service.

23. How will you contact me if you have updated information about my service?
|
|
Your contact information is stored in our database and we will contact you if there is anything you need to know about your purchased service (this will happen very rarely). Be sure to update your contact information if there has been any change by simply signing in to your profile page.

25. How do discount codes work?
|
|
Discount codes can be entered on the shopping cart page, after you have added at least one item to your cart. Click "discount code" just below the field for your email address. Enter your valid discount code into the field and click the "apply" button. |

26. Where do I get a discount code?
|
|
Typically, we will only distribute discount codes during special promotions. Speedeals promotions will be announced at events, or online through Facebook, Twitter, and emails. So, keep your eyes on our updates and emails, you may get lucky. Or if you do something really nice, we might just give you one. |

27. Why doesn't my discount code work?
|
|
If you get a message that the discount code is invalid, please check the number carefully, and try again. Cut and paste it from the original source if possible. Discount codes are usually set to expire on a specific date, or after a certain period of time. Each discount code can only be used once. Some discount codes may only work with specific offers. Discount codes must be entered prior to completing your ordering -they cannot be used on orders that have already been placed. |

28. I don't see the discount on my receipt?

After you complete your order, you will see the order confirmation page with a “print receipt” option. Your discount is automatically applied to the first item on your receipt. Although the amount of your discount does not appear as a separate line item, you really did receive the appropriate discount. Really. |
